Summary :
Do not leave prayers (Shalat Jamaah) in mosque.
No part of Islam for those who left the prayer together in mosque.
Abubakar and Umar ask to their employees to pray together in mosque.
As a leader who held the mandate, let's invited our employees to pray together in mosque.
The Basic principal everything is ISLAM and its pillar is prayer (SHOLAT).
Women are not obliged to pray together (Shalat jamaah) in Mosque, better they do pray in her room.
But as husbands, we do not forbid her if they want to do it.
